During high-volume periods (such as product launches, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
Estimated ship dates for pre-orders will be clearly listed on the product page. Please note that these are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or transit timelines.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping is outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please:
