When will I receive my order?
All orders will ship within 1-3 days of purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping expenses can be unfavorable for small businesses, so we're unable to offer free shipping for all orders at this time (though it's an aspiration!). We are able to offer shipping discounts on a periodic basic (for example, free shipping over a certain purchase amount), but it will vary by product line. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I make a bulk order?
We are happy to fulfill bulk orders of 10 or more kits! Please reach out to us directly at hello@boandmei.com for support with your bulk order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the United States and will expand to international shipping if demand allows. Please email us at support@boandmei.com if you are outside the US and would like to order a kit.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if any item in your kit arrives damaged, please contact us at support@boandmei.com and we will be happy to help!
