Refund policy
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original, unopened packaging
- In new, unused condition
Email us at returns@boandmei.com to initiate your return. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment, minus any original shipping costs.
